Foxwood Flooring Returns Policy
Guarantees, Warranty's and the Small Print information
All our Laminate flooring installations are backed with a workmanship warranty. We strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of when the development of any issue of your flooring started.
For orders acclimatised and ready for installation, a restocking fee may apply. Contact our customer service for return authorization and further instructions. We only cover our own return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receiving and inspecting the returned items. Please note we do not cover any shipping costs for installation only works.
There is no option to exchange your flooring. Your order is pre picked by yourself and acclimatised ready. We also ensure a customer is happy with their selection before install commences.
Note that personalized or customized products are not eligible for return. Your satisfaction is our priority at Foxwood Flooring.
The flooring we supply is branded and the long manufacturers warranty gives peace of mind to all Foxwood customers.
Refund Conditions:
Notification within 14 days of development. Occasionally things may go wrong, please notify us if you have an issue. We will inspect and if possible immediately correct the problem or book you in ASAP! Notification via mail or any electronic means. We are on most social media with a very strong presence. Get in touch and let us know straight away!
Returns on non defective and defects accepted. We always arrive with extra, making sure we always have enough to complete our installs and deal with any issue. We will remove any extra stock and all our generated waste.
Be aware we price ONLY for what you need. We measured up and quoted by square metre, calculating charges accordingly. All leftover materials remain our property and will be returned to HQ for restocking upon our job completion.
Product defects are exceptionally rare, in these circumstances any obvious rejected stock will be immediately swapped by our fitting team prior to installation. Should a defect arise post installation, we will do our upmost to rectify the issue. In circumstances beyond our install warranty please refer to the flooring manufacturer.
UK - Merseyside, Cheshire and surrounding. Our 'Flooring Near' system will check if your locale. If your lucky enough to live within our catchment you can become a FoxWood customer.
We will only accept exchanges prior to installation! We visit your space and show all the range. Proceeding with installation plans when your happy with your choice.
Should you change your mind last minute, it must be at least 48hrs prior. Under no circumstances will we accept exchanges after this deadline!
Cancelled installations: If you do need to cancel your installation you may be charged a restock fee of 20%. Please contact us for instruction.
Our normal refund is 3 working days after cancellation.
